Who is eligible to attend Disney Grad Nite?
Disney Grad Nite is intended for your graduating high school seniors, but it is up to the discretion of the school’s administration to allow students to bringdates who are not graduating seniors. All participants must be either students or chaperones from your attending public, private, or home school.

Who is performing at Disney Grad Nite?
Disney has a long tradition of presenting the hottest musical stars. For 2010 Grad Nite had multiple stages and exciting live concerts featuring Paramore, Keri Hilson, All Time Low, Quest Crew, Boys Like Girls, Mario, Hey Monday and Beat Freaks! Performances for 2011 will be announced soon so make sure to check back!

What attractions will be open?
Many popular attractions are open all night during Disney Grad Nite, students can enjoy everything the Magic Kingdom has to offer including Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean and many other rides open throughout the night.

Why is there a dress code?
Disney Grad Nite is a tradition for graduating seniors, very much like Homecoming, Prom and Graduation. Although the dress code has been relaxed, there are still a few restrictions in place to ensure that all our guests attending the event are safe and show courtesy towards others when choosing their attire.

What is the dress code?
Grad Night 2011 is dress to impress and below are the guidelines.

What's In and What's Out for Disney Grad Nite Apparel
Girls--Dresses, skirts, shorts, casual pants (including jeans), blouses and tops, and comfortable shoes (including tennis shoes, dress sandals, and boots).

Guys--Casual pants (including khaki style, shorts and jeans), shirts with collar (golf style shirts, dress shirts), sport jackets, dress suits, comfortable shoes (including tennis shoes, sandals, dress shoes, and boots).

Disney strives to keep you and the event safe and secure and to make sure things run smoothly , everyone and their belongings will be searched before entering the Park.

Here are the things that need to be left at home:
-Any clothing affiliated with a school, professional sports team, group, club, etc. (Chaperones and faculty members will be permitted to wear school affiliated golf shirts or polos)
-Clothing not in good repair (torn jeans, pants, shirts, etc.) Jeans are okay as long as they are not ripped or torn.
-Revealing clothing (i.e. bathing suit tops or bottoms, cropped tops, see-through clothing, etc)
-Hats and/or Bandanas (Either worn or hanging from belt loops/pockets, etc.)
-All backpacks. Small purses and hip bags are okay.
-Weapons, knives, laser pointers or chemical irritants are not permitted. Students or chaperones not following this guideline will be dealt with at the discretion of the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
-Alcohol and tobacco products are not allowed and will be confiscated and not returned if found onsite.

Please note: Failure to follow the guidelines may result in delayed admission and/or denial of admission to your Disney Grad Nite event. Also, Walt Disney World Cast Members have the right to refuse admission to anyone they deem not appropriately dressed for the event and not following these guidelines. The dress code for Disney Grad Nite will be enforced throughout the event by all Cast Members working the event. Note: Some schools may enforce a stricter dress code.

Does every group need to have a chaperone?
Every group must have at least one adult (21 or older) chaperone. Groups of 10 or more must have at least one adult chaperone for every 10 students. All participants - students and chaperones - must adhere to the Disney Grad Nite dress code and abide by a no-smoking, no-alcohol and no-drugs policy.

Do our students need money once inside the park?
Your students will need spending money for food and souvenir merchandise. A large selection of Disney Grad Nite merchandise is available for your students to choose from.

What kind of security will be present?
All bags, pockets and other items are checked for any illegal substances and weapons. All questionable items will be confiscated at the gate. Security is visibly present throughout the park during the event and a paging system is in place to reach your chaperones should your students require assistance.

How will buses drop off and pick up students?
Approximately four (4) weeks prior to your arrival at Disney Grad Nite, Gradweekend.com we will send you all the details on how to get to the event and where to park.

Can we leave Disney Grad Nite early?
Yes. Prior to arriving at Walt Disney World® Resort, your Disney Grad Night group can make special arrangements for an early departure. A special request form needs to be provided 2 weeks prior to arrival. This form should be filled out and returned by your head chaperone.

What is your cancellation policy?
Disney Grad Nite 2011 tickets and Theme Park tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and valid only on your requested dates.
