Group leader responsibilities include: deposit and final trip payments, rooming lists, traveling lists, and overseeing all chaperones. In return group leaders are the people students will always remember for putting together an unforgettable trip.
GradWeekend provides a completely secure, fully functional online reservation and payment system, which gives group leaders, the convenience of managing their group's trips online at all times. Each group leader is given a log in and password so they can check balances, pay online, print out the group’s invoices and travel documents, all from the convenience of a computer.
